I have confirmed to attend a viewing

Great! This is a step in the housing process. If you have agreed to come to a viewing, we assume to meet you there at the agreed time and place. We will be present at the viewing along with the broker that we are working with, sometimes the situation will be different, but you will be notified accordingly. If you don’t like the apartment, we will not charge any additional costs and keep looking for your new apartment. NOTE: If you are not able to attend the viewing after confirmation, we ask you to cancel two hours prior to the agreed time. In case of No-Show, Housing & Co. will charge you €75,- (Excl. VAT 21%) of cost for the made effort.
