Here’s a streamlined version of the document checklist to help you gather everything needed for a solid proposal:

Below you will find a list of documents we need in case you're employed

• Passports
• Visa ( if needed )
• Signed work contract
• Employer's declaration (request from HR, even for indefinite contract)
• Last 3 pay slips ( If possible )
• Bank statement ( If possible )
• Introduction letter with photo
• Landlord statement of good conduct ( If possible )
• BKR credit check at www.bkr.nl (if you live already in the Netherlands)

If you have your own business we would like to receive the following documents:

• Passports
• Visa ( if needed )
• Chamber of Commerce registration
• Annual figures of recent years
• Bank statement
• Introduction letter with photo
• Landlord statement of good conduct ( If possible )

If you need a guarantor we would like to receive the following documents:

• Passports of tenants and guarantors
• Guarantee form completed and signed (download link below)
• Visa of tenant ( if necessary )
• Signed work contract
• Last 3 pay slips ( if possible )
• Bank statement ( If possible )
• Introduction letter with photo
• Landlord statement of good conduct ( If possible )

If the guarantor has their own business we would like to receive the following documents:

• Passports of tenants and guarantors
• Guarantee form completed and signed (download link below)
• Visa of tenant ( if necessary )
• Chamber of Commerce registration
• Annual figures of the past years
• Bank statement
• Introduction letter with photo
• Landlord statement of good conduct (if possible)
