Are there any registration fees or hidden costs?

No, you only pay the equivalent to one month’s rent (+21% VAT) once we have found a place for you and the offer you made is accepted. So “no cure, no pay”. We do however like to hear if you are no longer interested in our services. Unfortunately if you decide to cancel our agreement after we have found you a home, costs will be applicable (50% of the service fee, excluding VAT) for the work that's already done by Housing & Co.
